Caution, Cigarettes Can Damage sperm!

Have a friend or boyfriend who can release from cigarettes? Don't know how to stop their bad habits? How do you begin to say if the cigarettes that they can reduce sperm quality even damage sperm.
A recent study conducted by Canadian scientists mentioning one more reason not to smoke because cigarettes can be proved harmful to sperm and transmit genetic damage from a father to his children.
This such as Reuters, Sunday (03/06), a study conducted on mice shows that cigarettes cause changes in DNA in sperm cells, where the mutation is known to be permanent.
"If passed, this mutation shows that the changes can not be returned as the original composition of genetica," said Carole Yauk of the Division of Health Care and Handling of Poison Environment Canada, who led the research.
"Previously, has been known that pregnant women who smoke can injure the fetus, and here we show the fact that a father can also potentially damage the prospective successor even before he met partner, added," Yauk write the results of the research in Cancer Research Journal.
Yauk and friends examine the cells that produce sperm in mice that continuous dipapar with cigarette smoke for six or 12 weeks, and all mammals continue to produce sperm.
The result, they found that the mutation occurred as much as 1.7 times in the cell DNA of mice exposed to cigarette smoke than in mice that are not exposed to cigarette smoke after 12 weeks, and 1.4 times mutation after six weeks.
"Conclusion of this shows that the damage depends on the length of the duration of exposure to cigarette smoke, so the longer you smoke, the mutation accumulation will be larger and larger the potential impact on your sperm cells," the word 'Yauk'.
In a research also mentioned the other almost half of men who undergo the program is a smoker tube baby. Furthermore, the study also notes that the smoker husband has lower ability to make pregnant his wife than the husband who does not smoke.
So, how do with you? Still make cigarettes a part of your lifestyle, or start thinking to stop smoking? If you like health care, so stop smoking!
